So we have this unique position.
And we really feel that in our buildings and our venues, it's one of the few places that exist in the UK where you don't have to be a consumer.
You can be a citizen first.
Other than libraries...
Where else can you go?
And you don't have to spend any money.
Obviously, we'd love you to buy a coffee and, you know, a birthday present for grandma in the shop.
But actually, that's not why we're there.
We're there to serve the public.
And with that particular framing, I think we do have a special place in people's hearts because they know they can trust us.
We have, you know, these amazing scientists, researchers, curators everywhere.

But, you know, you can trust these people because they've spent their whole life researching it.
And that's something very special.
