I'm gonna be aware and I'm the person that's part of this group.

And I've just gotten really ticked off and angry.

How am I gonna move forward?

So that's what we're actually gonna talk about.

We're gonna talk about these real moments and what is really important to understand in our bind in our minds and bodies when something like this happens.

So like when Rosemey was super ticked off in that moment but needed to respond.

But then she's like, I can't even remember what I said, right?

Because we do we learn how to just respond and say something.

Yeah.

For you and for that other person that just said something.

I've had people pause before they respond and it it has made me go, Wait, what did I just say?

Yeah.

I think there's something about the you're right, we are uncomfortable with the pause.

I think also

We wanna be quick to respond.

We wanna be looked at as competent and on top of it.

And so there's also a little bit of ego in there too of like, well, I need to be able to just respond quickly because I wanna be considered smart and intellectual and able to clearly articulate something.

Yeah.

And then just t even taking that second to check in with your values, check in with your body, like everything.
