But where the parties, usually for funding reasons, have decided not to appeal.
I think as the rollout expands there will be more appeals and guidance will be generated.

And practitioners will welcome it.
For example, I think there needs to be more clarity
on how cases will be triaged.
And what factors will be taken into consideration when determining whether a case
Is fit for a decision hearing or needs to go down the adjudication path.
And if the adjudication pass, what that
should mean in practice, how much flexibility there'll be on directions for a final hearing, whether it's submissions or evidence, statements and lengths of statements, the approach to Scott schedules.
I think the more guidance we have on the particularities, the better the system will function.
