So, um... I don't... I mean, they've gotten away with this for so long.
And then, Trey suicides.
Um, this is after years of... I mean, so, Pete Newman went away when he was 23, when Trey was 23.
So, Pete Newman was arrested at age 21, when Trey was 21.
And then, under the current civil statute of limitations in Texas, if you were abused as a child between 1995 and 2015, you only have until the age of 23 to sue, um, liable institutions or your perpetrator.
So...
Trey was forced to file a civil lawsuit because he was not doing well and he needed therapy.
And that ended with a restrictive NDA, a settlement agreement that had a restrictive NDA.
