There's one that's called It's Okay to Not Be Okay.
And I mean, they're all about suicide prevention.
And honestly, I look at their posts every day and I just appreciate when they put something up and it's like, you know, it is okay to not be okay.
to not be okay.
It's okay to say no.
It's okay to ask for help or, you know, whatever they post for that day.
I appreciate that.
You know, I've got another friend who she's, she's a survivor of, she was stabbed multiple times.
Like she could have bled out and she fought the guy off her.
She started her own movement.
It's called the BIA movement.
And they're on Instagram as well.
