Uh so for the council's benefit, the recommendation from the IRC was unanimous, all five of us.

Um it feels weird to

use this as an opportunity to shut down that dialogue.

But um it's also not a personal priority for me.

So I I don't have a strong investment in uh the outcome of this vote.

Uh but because we do have the benefit of having the director of the uh uh finance and administrative services department here, it might be helpful to ask um how much staff time do you anticipate moving forward?

Um we have taken a preliminary look.

We've worked with our investment management firm, Chandler, to take a preliminary look.

It will take some additional time.

I don't have an estimate per se.

I don't think it's a ton of time, but it will take a little time to work with them and come up with possible.
