Um, you know, an option short of that is to not complete the action tonight if the council is interested in doing that, so that uh additional study could be done related to the traffic concerns and um the scope of improvements that could be made uh are better understood.

Um but um in either case um there are risks to the city from not completing the action tonight, giving the housing element deadline that's um or the deadline that's in the housing element for this program.
