Sometimes there are other um allowances or exceptions or deviations developers seek in part of uh as part of the development review process that we would have an opportunity then to talk about small business preservation activities.

So I I I think we estimate the base density at approximately twenty units.

And so whatever density bonus that a a project would qualify for would be applied to that.

Um and they can range from, you know, thirteen, seventeen, twenty-two, twenty-five.

Um it really depends on the amount of uh affordable housing that they include in the project.
