Previously our housing omit was denied, and the reason why some folks may have seen fifteen story building proposals come to us was because the state denied our housing omit, and one of the key aspects that they noted was that we didn't zone for enough housing south of El Camino.

And in this case, there's not gonna be uh there's not gonna be a a gatekeeper process for this.
