I can kind of smell it.

I mean, like I don't have kids, so it's like quite extensive.

But I think like when I get up in the morning, I'll do like all of my skincare, like have a proper shower, do the whole thing.

But like I'm really big on my skincare routine.

So I don't miss any steps.

It's like the full face wash, the serums, the SPF.

I have to say, I think that like I'm 34 years old and I stopped sitting in the sun when I was 18.

And I have to say that's probably one of my biggest things when people ask me about anti-aging for myself is

and the integrity of my skin not sitting in the sun and using SPF every single day, like being pedantic about it because the damage the sun does to your skin is so hard to reverse and it's expensive.

And it's painful.

That's the first place that you see as well is –

is aging is on the back of the hands and on your neck.

And it's like the hardest thing to get rid of.

Even like CO2.
