um sometimes you've got to bottle that emotion for the person that you're speaking to.

Um but then I also think it's probably part of the ADHD that you go, Everything's fine, everything's fine, everything's fine and then one day hits and it's like everything comes crashing down.

Um but yeah, I'm a c I'm a crier.

You know, if I see someone cry I'll probably cry.

Um I think it's healthy to to be Do you cry when you're in the middle of a game ever?

Uh yeah, I get choked up.

That you've got to manage your emotions and you know when we do a national anthem in in front of us sold out took in them for the first time my throat was so close that I just had to like let a tear come out but then I've got to brush it off because I've got to make decisions.

I've now got to perform.

Um I cry when I get tackled hard because it hurts and then I get up and then I'm alright.

I actually cry

cry when I I remember one time I was watching my brother play.

It was like under thirteens and one of the boys scored a try to win the game in like the the dying seconds of the game and I bowled my eyes out.

Just because I knew I've got huge empathy for people, huge empathy.
