And it's these really, really big long wins of being more human, being more embodied, being more effective in community.
Right.
Totally.
Similar to talking about being a high school teacher, like kids just need a lot of adults around who they can go to because they're going to gravitate to different people.
To have more people in the dugout with different skill set, different strength that we're going to draw different kids to them to support, I think is really, really important.
I mean, another really random example, I think about like Tina Fey and Amy Poehler writing about joining Saturday Night Live and how the show got better when we started taking female comedians seriously.
Because guess what?
Half of the people viewing the show were women, too.
And none of the jokes were written for them.
Right.
So it's like just trying to create this world that's a little bit more variant, that's thriving because of its diversity.
Right.
That's like opening up a little bit more.
I'll tell a story.
So I have a fifth grade boy playing soccer and he is very competitive.
He got that from me.
We're both fire.
We love to win.
He is was in this league where the teams could be mixed gender.
His team was the only team in the whole league that had girls on it and they were undefeated.
