When you sit in a position of privilege, you literally can't see anything beyond your own perspective.

So they can't they can't see that there are other things driving people, like community support for Nolan Wells and his family.

Like being very, very tired of suspicious black deaths always being ruled, there's no foul play here.

They can't see that the black community is just tired of injustice overall.

They can't see that trauma has a compounding factor to it.

Like when you go to school, you study trauma, you understand that trauma compounds.

So the black community has been dealing with compounding trauma in America for literally

Hundreds of years.

So maybe instead of thinking, oh my God, all these people are profiteering, maybe you should be thinking, maybe they're just exhausted.

Maybe we're just tired.

And this is just like one more thing on the mountain of social injustice that the black communities have to deal with.

But now we have a weapon that previous communities or previous generations have not had.

And that is social media.

We have the ability to use our voices.

We have the ability to gather ourselves together.

We have the ability to jump on live with uh Don Lemon and speak our truth.

We have the immunity, uh, the ability to have a have a community and use our voices in collective.

And I don't think that they like that.

So what they're trying to do is discredit those voices.

Like, oh, those people aren't speaking the truth, and they're not speaking from a position.
