As you said, he did win last year and scored a huge goal in doing it.

I think that's true.

I've heard they are looking for that.

I think they're also looking for, as we talked about, forwards that accept that bottom six, bottom three role, that are comfortable in that position.

Those are usually less expensive to acquire, but I do believe a defenseman is on their radar.

It was two things.

Number one, it was a salary dump to make and give them more room.

And number two, I think that the other thing there is that they, I don't think they were crazy about a Girardi-Malinsky pair.

And so they were, you know, I mean, obviously you guys know Kulak.

And I think Kulak is a guy whose game raises in the postseason, at least from what I've seen the last couple of years.

And I think they were more comfortable with Kulak Malinsky than they were with Gerard Malinsky.
