Oh my gosh.
Yeah, okay.
They really tried to sell people on the, watching back that memory will be special to you.
So here's the way you capture that memory is to be that guy.
The first home camcorders.
were pretty ginormous.
And people still, I don't know if you were getting roasted for using one of those.
My dad had one of those and everyone made fun of him.
Yeah, but at least it wasn't mounted to your face.
But it was, I think.
To get the right POV.
I mean, kind of.
You had to put it up to your face.
Yeah, you were like this.
Well, and the very first ones were so big they had to sit on your shoulder and then you had a pack that you wore on your belt that actually held the tapes.
Oh, that's old.
So it was like, yeah.
That's sick.
I guess the novelty of like the first cameras recording stuff, it was such an impactful thing to be able to actually watch something back later that maybe it was worth the social trade-off.
That's true.
