It's like the minute you finish writing that, you are not the same person.
Yeah, it's so true.
So when I saw it on the desk, I was kind of like, oh, what is in that?
Because it's probably intriguing in a way because there'd be things in there.
I'm like, what were you smoking?

Yeah, so I guess that's the point.
It's just you are constantly growing and changing and I think just being open to that.
I think I know myself better and quite contradictory to that is that I know less than probably what I thought I knew in that book.
Um, about the world, I think.
So like, I always kind of think the stronger my opinion is the less I know, because once you know something deeply, there's so much gray, there's no, there's no black or white.
And I mean, that only really comes with time, but yeah.
It makes you more accepting about this.
I found, you know, like I, I'm going to stop rambling, but yeah, I probably had a really strong position on how I think you should be as an athlete at one point when I was younger.
