And, and I think about that now and I'm like, it's just crazy.
Like to put that kind of imposition on anyone, like, cause we're not robots and like, there's no right or wrong way to do anything.
Um, and that's why there's so much magic in the world.
Cause people find all these obscure ways to, to do things.
A hundred percent.
And this is maybe a little bit controversial.
Um, and it's just my opinion, which means nothing.
But like, even when people are so strongly aligned to a set of values, um, or words that like, that they come back to, like, and that is, that might work for some people, but I've kind of realized for me, like, if I tried to literally live this word every single minute of every day, I would fail regularly.
So like to hold yourself to that kind of account or hold anyone else to that kind of account is, um, so fraught with danger because at some point you will like have mud on your face because it's just how the world works.
Like the minute you think you've got it sorted, something else happens.
Um, in the same way as the minute you think you know something, you know, your mind changes.
Which how often do you reckon you do that?
I mean, because 30 seconds is bliss sometimes.
And then when you get a whole space of it, like I think that's what makes performing like in a sports sense, like everyone talks about flow.
I think that's like what's so addictive about it.
