I just pretty much tried to pass it down, pass all the knowledge I could because
He was at the age not to where he was understanding what I was trying to tell him.
In the beginning, he was like, oh, dad, you're just a Harvard, da-da-da-da-da.
But he was starting to understand it and starting to buy into it.
And with him doing it, his younger brother was seeing it and seeing his brother's focus, and it made him focus.
And I guess he trained out this whole summer.
He trained because he was like, dad, come December, I'm not going to be a Southwest anyway.
I'm going to be
someone else and doing this.
And I would tell him, son, slow down.
I said, boy, in the meantime, I just need you to continue to work, continue to get better.
And everything else I'll take care of.
As far as the business side, I just need you to focus on getting better and taking one thing at a time.
Cause he was like, I'm going to get this.
I'm taking y'all.
I said, like, like, like when it's my, we're okay.
Just make sure you're okay.
And, and,
to get to where you want to be, you got to take baby steps.
I said, you're almost there, but you still got a lot more to go.
