Yeah, I was 14.

So it was towards the early 2021.

And so it was during the pandemic, of course.

And I think it really started back early 2020 when lockdown first began in March.

And

It was that whole thing of this idea of what they called on TikTok was the quarantine 15.

So it was this whole idea that when we went into lockdown that you were going to gain 15 pounds and that you must do all these home workouts and you must follow these strict diets to be able to ensure that you won't gain this weight.

And obviously it was a concern for everybody that, you know, we weren't exercising, we weren't leaving the house as much.

But...

Again, like Elaine was saying and Harriet was saying with the algorithm, if I stay on these videos for longer than 10 seconds, 10 seconds extra than any other video I've watched, next thing I'm served it again and again and again.

And soon it became where I was seeing these all the time and I thought everybody was seeing this.

And I thought, you know, my world became really, really small online.

It became this whole thing of...

That everybody was talking about diets.

Everybody was talking about exercising.

And then it became the what I eat in the days.

And I was seeing them all the time.

And it was people who were eating very small amounts, like Elaine was saying, 170 calories.

And what was what was worse, I think even was the comment section and the comment section.

It was like people were building communities, people who were unwell.
