I think it's really difficult because you would have to go really high up in the social media platforms and tell them that a computer can't be monitoring everything.

It has to be a person because I can look at something and know exactly what that's saying, whereas a computer might not pick it up.

But as well as that, I think maybe...

With parents who are struggling to keep their child off social media, my own kind of advice would be possibly having like a family iPad or a family phone where the child can only use groups like WhatsApp or Snapchat even, where they're not viewing really kind of public things.

And if they want to contact their friends, but the parents can review it afterwards.

But it is a really tricky question to where what do we do about this?

And it's parents just having the conversations with children.

If you notice your child is focusing on what they're eating, exercising, then you need to have a conversation with them.
