Oh, I just, the thing is about this is that everyone's like, oh, it doesn't matter.
It was just a trashy teen show.
No, no, no.
Trashy teen shows can end really well.
Gossip Girl was the catalyst of this
whole show and also it was just such lazy lazy writing and i don't think that that is what the audience should after sticking with that show for so long for all those seasons and for the amount of money they'd made and everything to end like that so gossip girl is based on the book series but the tv series is very very different about a group of um i mean if you assume there's some people that haven't seen gossip girl yeah a bunch of teens in new york
Upper East Side.
Upper East Side is rich, rich, rich teens in New York who act like adults.
Like, they go straight from their fancy school.
They go to a bar.
They have a martini.
Exactly.
Their parents are only there to sleep with each other.
Yeah, it's a whole thing.
But the big, big mystery around this show, which I thought was done so well throughout the show, and such an incredible plot device, and the mystery of who it was did feel important.
And it was like, who is Gossip Girl?
This anonymous blogger who was kind of chronicling all of their lives and what they did on this public site and kind of shaping the storyline.
Yeah.
But for this group of kids.
Yeah, exactly.
