Well, I mean, when you look particularly to the incentives for a mega project development and developments that can go from 23 to 40 years, you know, the idea of exemptions on products if you are –
doing mega projects in these mega project zones.
If you go through those specific details, this is very different from TIF.
And municipalities can negotiate payments in lieu of TIFs for the duration of the period of the mega project period.
Arlington Heights can certainly take advantage of that because this is the very definition of a makeup project.
I would have been happy to talk to him, just like I'm talking to you.
I do think facts matter.
Before you go out and spread rumors, unsubstantiated rumors, you know, if he's a reporter, he should have checked those facts or checked his rumor because it couldn't have been further from the truth.
Here's what the truth is.

Because if I'm doing my job right, I'm listening to people and I'm taking in their concerns and addressing those concerns.
And I apply that to all big legislation.
This is a big deal.
This is something that you have to get right.
