And if we don't incorporate AI, we would be obviously unmatched.
So that is a clear use case and something that we need to really focus on.
Client experience, obviously, we have a lot of data, a lot of insights, and we can improve the client experience.
And then there is a very broad space of operational efficiency, automation of back-end process, repair,
automation of reconciliation processes where AI can be impacted and it can be used for improving efficiencies in operations.
One use case that maybe is very specific to cross-border that we are looking at at CTN implementing right now.
When we remove friction from cross-border, we always think about the removing friction in the destination country.
But there is a lot of friction in the originating markets as well.
Alpha, the countries where we originate cross-border payments, have some sort of FX regulation where clients have to provide documents.
So one of the use cases is actually scrutinizing these documents for accuracy, for completeness, to ensure they are expected as per the purpose of that payment.
And then of course, extraction of names and entity for sanction screening can be more accurate with AI.
So that's a very key use case that we see in payments that we are working on.
