Well, I was going to go with this selection, the Christian Miller selection for Carolina.

I was going to go Cade McDonald for Carolina, but he went ahead to Minnesota, so I went tight end.

So that bumps down my number two nose tackle here for New England.

This is their defensive line, so they get much better versus the run.

NFL always has their preference of what they prefer at the quarterback position, even though it doesn't make sense a lot of times to take a swing on someone that just kind of, to me, has basic skills.

So I wouldn't I wouldn't take Ty Simpson in round one.

But that doesn't mean if you take him in round two that he can't play.

We've seen, you know, history has shown guys that have taken they are taken after round one still have a chance to have success.

And what what I like about this is when you look at, you know, the Jets roster and what they've done this offseason and what they've done in this mock draft.

it sets up for a quarterback to step in to play well.

And the good part is you don't have to feel pressed behind Geno Smith because I feel like Geno Smith was just a product of that offensive line with the Raiders.

Better offensive line here, better weapons outside of the tight end position, but they have a better run game here with New York.

So you have the luxury of bringing along a quarterback in Ty Simpson slowly, which is better for his success when he does get on the field.

Even if you didn't take Ty Simpson or you bypassed Jalen Green, I don't mind a Haynes King.

At least I know Haynes King doesn't wilt in the face of pressure.
