You were saying about the branding then at Guinness and it's such a big part of it.

And also...

it's an art to pour in it, it's not just a pint.

And a lot of which, you said you had a terribly poured pint of it the other day and it still tasted absolutely fine.

It doesn't change the- A terribly poured pint of Guinness tastes just fine.

Yeah, but what I find wild about the branding of it and the explosion of it in popularity is that Guinness is something that people

are very particular about and want to be done perfectly and go to places that do the best of it like we see it here at the Monroe people that want to come here because it is the best in the city but then also you get a pint of Guinness at like a naff bar by a train station and it's just as it's loved by people who aren't seeing it as like a culture just as much as it is loved by people who see themselves as like a fish and art
