We've had companies appoint female directors to the board after we've discussed that.

We've had companies point female executives to the board as well.

We've had

progress on cybersecurity measures.

We've had progress on how a company remunerates its executives and making sure that we're having some link towards ESG and sustainability outcomes so that the companies actually, the executives are aligned to driving positive change in the business.

So there's been plenty of examples of

companies that that we've been able to make positive change and you can actually read in very much detail on our website we release an engagement report which you can go in and look at all of those positive outcomes we've been able to generate and also the perennial better future fund specifically has what we call an impact statement and you can go and read more about

all of the positive impact we're having in our fund as well.

So there's a lot of examples, but I think what we find in the small cap space is that there's companies that are doing great things from an outcomes perspective.

So one really good example is a business we've been invested in for some time called Calix, and that's an industrial solutions business, which is

all about solving global sustainability challenges.

And one of its main projects is Project Lilac, which is a project to help decarbonize the lime and cement industry, which is responsible for 9% of global greenhouse gas emissions.

So it's a company that's doing really positive things for the world.

It's in great demand.

It's formed partnerships with some really respectful global companies, which is great.

But they're a small business and they don't have the resources to put out sustainability information.

They're not really sure which sustainability reporting guidelines to follow.

So we've actually had some really great conversations and engaging conversations with the company about, okay, we think that you should be doing this and we think you should be reporting in line with this standard.

And that's going to have a really positive benefit on its corporate sustainability strategies.
