When I was on the EPC, one of the longstanding things we had was that when we got more buildings, whether offices or housing, we'd also want to get more parks. podcast-host

And it was always like a trade off. podcast-host

What I can envision is with getting more greenery on our streets and streets that are more pleasant to walk on, that it's like more of a park like experience as we go around the city. podcast-host

And I think that's going to really help the city look better, get more people out and about and podcast-host

even make some of the larger buildings we get more human scale as the street podcast-host

stuff is more human scale and less fast car scale. podcast-host

And it would also build in resilience, cause we do have. podcast-host

you know, globe warming coming up still still right now, and the trees will help cool down the city and help us through that. podcast-host
