One is a policy question of urging the council to not list, either in uh in the face of owner hesitancy or just weighing, you know, housing or other public policy interests. podcast-host

The other is if there's a there's a technical basis. podcast-host

If we got something wrong, people can submit an ex. podcast-host

expert analysis that they've prepared to say, hey City, your evidence is is flawed and don't reach the conclusion that you're reaching because the evidence doesn't support it. podcast-host

And we would look at that and remove it from our recommendation in December in light of new evidence. podcast-host
