Um, there's a section there, um, section thirty-six point fifty-five point thirty-nine, other modifications to the historic register.

Um the way I read that, uh, I believe that empowers the community development director.

Um, so me and my role to initiate a modification to the historic register if there's new information that becomes available to the city.

So for instance, if it goes through the process with the state or national um agencies and conclude that, you know what, the facts don't support it and it's indeed not state or national register eligible, that perhaps could be relevant new information that warrants the city to revisit the register and to take uh a delisting action potentially.

register adoption, uh revisiting of these circumstances if and when new information comes to light.
