I mean it's it's a substantial penalty and I I understand the intent, but I think

We should focus on.

the criminal penalties that exist or a financial penalty and not necessarily create blighted circumstances where you know we may regret um not having uh

Uh you know, or having having that that prohibition against redevelopment of a site for an extended period of time.
