A lot of the times to buy food or afford half of their rent.
And so they were couch surfing.
So it really wasn't institutional level.
I think the only difference regionally and because of the size of the institutions was the resources that were already available versus what kind of came into the picture after the study took place.
So for the U of A, for example, we had already had an emergency housing program, whereas
SEC didn't, but they've now implemented emergency housing.
So I think that would be the biggest difference regionally, but for the students themselves.

Yeah, so recruitment looks very different because obviously this is a very precarious and systemically structurally vulnerable group.
And to identify them on an institution is very difficult.
Student homelessness does not look like literal homelessness.
They aren't camping out on quad.
That's not how they're practicing their homelessness for lack of better word.
They're sleeping in 24-hour buildings, they're sleeping in their cars, they're couch surfing.
And so, in order to recruit them, we did a bunch of different things.
So, one of the main things we did was we reached out to a bunch of student groups.
I think I reached out to every single student group or association on campus.
