Beatty's legal team filing that photo with the court, pressing the judge to make clear his order covers demolition, not just closure.
The center's executive director, Matt Floca, has tried to ease those concerns, saying in a video statement on Wednesday that the closure is about protecting the building's future, not tearing it down.
