So, yeah, that's a little bit of a cop-out.
I think I heard Plattner also yesterday saying that there was journalistic malpractice at hand.
I read both the Times story, the Wall Street Journal story, didn't see anything that really qualified as journalistic malpractice in that.
But
He is a four-time combat veteran and has said that he has PTSD.
That's how he explained the Reddit posts.
And so, I don't doubt that it probably is difficult for any person suffering that much to get help.
But he also said that he started to get help around 2017 for his PTSD when he was explaining the Reddit posts.
And part of his explanation for that was, you can see in his own Reddit posts, he says, they become calmer, less angry, less irrational.
that was 2017.
And we're talking about the early 2020s here.
So, I'm a bit curious because this is a weird comparison.
It reminds me a little bit, a little bit, it's not apples to apples, but a little bit of John Fetterman.
And that John Fetterman may have a lot of the positions that people agree with in Pennsylvania or may not.
I mean, a lot of progressives loved John Fetterman when he was running for Senate and they thought,
The same people who like Plattner now.
I really liked John Fetterman.
And we're trying to say it doesn't matter what he's gone through with his stroke.
He's fine.
He's okay.
