To this book and what pieces of yourself and your story and the wisdom that you hold are
both in connection with spirit and in the women you've been in conversation with, like what really came together to inform this body of work?
Yeah.
It's so interesting.
As soon as you started talking about the pressure, maybe it's the fact that my baby's been away from me and I haven't pumped and probably need to eat and drink some water.
Kelsey, I feel this like very intense pressure around my head and like my vision's a little bit blurry.
Again, might be dehydrated.
But you started talking about pressure and I could physically feel really intense pressure.
OK, so you you hunker down.
It flowed out of you.
Tell us about the journey of that flow and really, you know, reading back your words that were part yours and part spiritually guided.
What is the intention in some of the the arc that you're bringing readers through?
I actually believe that there was a lot of purpose in that because I think you could have outsourced it in some capacity.
I think you could, you know, like you are well connected.
There are so many people in your corner.
But I think part of that reclamation was actually like, this is mine and I have to do it messy in order for this to land the way that it's supposed to.
