I'm I'm just I'm curious what your experience is with AI and then also what do we know about studies of how patients perceive AI as a provider and and does it bring them comfort?

Do they trust it more?

Do they trust it less?

Uh there's accessibility.

Differences.

I love this idea of answer the question as an optimist, answer the question as a pessimist.

And it reminded me of uh I don't know if you've heard of this physician writer Jay Baruch.

He's an emergency medicine physician at Brown and he wrote a book called Tornado of Life, which is

a series of essays and vignettes from his time in the emergency room.

And there's one chapter where he focuses on his own health journey and he writes about uh I something cardiac.

I think he needed a valve replacement uh or something like that.

And he interviewed two cardiac surgeons.

The first one he went with his wife, really nice guy, sat down, listened to him, explained everything, patient, answered his questions, you know, ha knew ev all the information.

And then they walked out and the wife was like, Oh, he seemed really nice.

I really liked him.

And he said, Well, let's meet with the other one and then see.

So then he went to the other one

And he was arrogant and he was a jerk and he uh kind of blew him off just had an attitude and you know, just that was that was his vibe.
