Well, anyway, that's their alibi that they're creating is that they go see a movie.

Well, I believe they might have even gone as far as buying movie tickets, which reminded me of Menendez when they were trying to create an alibi that they also went to the movies and bought movie tickets.

Okay, so during this attack, Draper, this is Brian Draper, is armed with a dagger-style knife and Adam Chick is carrying a hunting knife.

Draper slams a closet door to frighten Cassie right before the attack and then Cassie is stabbed 28 times with many wounds considered fatal.

So, and we already talked about what they said after they leave the house.

They record another video.

That's where he talks about how he stabbed her in the throat and he saw her lifeless body.

They go to Black Rock Canyon and this is where they attempt to burn the tape.

I think they attempt to burn the tape, but clearly they didn't burn it.

Yeah.

The authorities found it afterwards.

So they must have tried to burn it, but it must not have burned it badly enough to damage it because you can see it.

I don't know because this is 2006.

So then on September 24th, this is when Cassie's aunt and uncle returned home.

They discover her body in the house and her aunt calls 911.

And then police launch a homicide investigation.
