Well, normally state courts deal with minors and they're equipped to deal with minors and they have facilities for minors.
Right.
They have practices in place.
Right.
of age adults right so now you have this minor who's 16 years old who's going through the federal court system prosecution moves to have him detained because he's been he's now being tried as an adult he goes before a federal judge recently and the federal judge i don't think he knows what to do with him so that's what we're going to get into so they go to court recently and the prosecutors outline their key evidence and this is the recent hearing so basically the
You know, prosecutors get up and they say the reason that he needs to be detained is because of all these things that occurred.
So surveillance footage shows Timothy Hudson and Anna Kepner entering their shared stateroom around 730 p.m.
the night before her body was found.
Kepner, this is Anna, appeared to be alive as late as 8.14 p.m.
because this was the last time that she had any social media activity.
I believe it was Snapchat.
What time again?
8.14 p.m.
p.m., okay.
But she never left the room.
At 10.13 p.m., cameras captured Timothy Hudson peering out into the hallway before leaving alone.
He actually opens the door, looks out, looks both ways to make sure no one's there, and then he leaves the room.
And he's looking pretty suspicious when he exits.
Ship Wi-Fi data indicated that Timothy Hudson also took Kepner's phone to another deck and likely discarded it.
