Like I actually don't think I end up getting any more done than somebody who maybe doesn't possess the traits that I have.
The difference being I'm so stressed about, you know, constantly doing things.
that I end up doing too much in a burst of energy coming from a place of stress and almost like desperation.
Then I exhaust myself to the point where I can't do anything.
And then that makes me feel so terrible that then I have a terrible phase of restfulness where I'm beating myself up, feeling guilty, blah, blah, blah.
And eventually I muster up just enough energy for another burst.
And then I get burnt out again and the cycle continues.
So it's not a flex.
It's one of my greatest challenges, I think.
