He's only 19.

Last year wasn't a good year for West Ham, everyone knows it, and changing the mentality of the players, the fans, to thinking that we can compete against your Arsenal, we beat Man United, we drew with Chelsea.
So I think he's done a great job and as the year's gone on we've got better and better and so hopefully we can get even stronger and finish in the Europa League place maybe.

Top four is almost the same top four every year, but then there's a couple of spaces that I think we feel are up for grabs.
With the manager's history and pedigree in the game, I think I read a stat or something, he's never finished out of a European position.
So that was the target at the start of the season, and it looks like we're going that way.
Yeah, of course, and that's one of the main reasons I came to this club because I was a West Ham fan growing up.
I remember going to Upton Park and West Ham fans are known as being unbelievable and they get behind the team and they're like a 12th man and you saw that today and there's been a few times this season where they've really helped us and they're going to be massive for us going forward.
Yeah, I think results breeds confidence, especially against the bigger teams.
