We think the client should be going and we're missing those moment to moment interactions where so much is being said.

That does take a lot of skill, I think.

Like we haven't got enough data on what really does influence change.

Also with the client and also with our clinicians, like how are we actually getting to influence the kind of behaviors they're doing in the moment?
