I don't know, swimming in less of that soup.
But that permission to be sometimes does include, you know, dressing a way that feels good because we like it as opposed to because we're being told to.
Like, that's what I think about with my daughter.
It's like, who's telling you?
No, my daughter doesn't have any of this yet.
She does what she wants mostly.
But eventually it'll be who's telling you this?
Who is this for?
Is this because you want to?
Does this feel good inside of you?
Or is this because you want somebody else to think you look good?
And I think it's messy.
There's a bit of both inside when we choose to look or do something.
It's, you know, it's messy.
It's not a clear cut message, but we have to keep asking ourselves that to make sure that it is aligned with the human we want to be.
Right.
It's so refreshing, I think, to hear this.
I mean, obviously, you know, some of us either work with eating disorders, but that's always in the sort of, you know, backdrop to anything weight related.
