And I lock in and I'm just learning from my teachers. I see them as coaches and they're guiding me to deepen my spiritual practice and my meditation. And I find that I make so much progress because of that. Because if you have a coach who doesn't have a coach, then they're not growing either. And that's just the reality of it. It's like, you want to have a teacher who has a teacher.
