You're very welcome along on this Monday morning.
And if you have been reading the news since January, you'll know that every government, it seems, around the world is seeking and searching out manufacturing jobs, particularly in the technology and electronics area.
Well, Ireland has 150 extra of them this morning.
We have an announcement from the US electronics company Sanmina, listed on the Nasdaq, a Fortune 500 company, that they're going to be expanding their facility in Firmoy, North Cork, by 150%.
new roles as they expand their assembly operations there.
And I'm joined by Sean Moran, who is the Senior Vice President with the company.

It's great to have you along.
As I said in that introduction, everyone is trying to get manufacturing jobs at the moment.
We know they're in the news for a whole variety of reasons, but you're expanding.
You've been there since the late 1980s, and now we see a massive expansion being announced this morning.
Just tell us why you need these jobs and what they'll be doing.
Now, Sean, what kind of jobs are they and where do you expect to recruit?
Is it locally, across Ireland, internationally?
Just give us an idea of the kind of people who will fill these jobs.
