I'm in a gold mine in Mongwalu.
It's in a valley surrounded by steep green hills.
You can hear the sound of a generator, and that's pushing sand down a sluice.
Workers then look through that sluice to try and find bits of gold.
There are, I'd say, maybe 20, 30 pits here.

I'm in Mongualu Hospital, which is up on a hill with a commanding view of the surrounding town.
The town is a small place, but just standing outside the hospital gives you an idea of how hard Ebola has hit Mongualu.
In the space of an hour or so, an ill patient has already been brought in, and disinfection teams immediately got to work on the ambulance.
And in the background, there's the constant sound of women weeping.
I'm here in Rwampara Ebola Treatment Centre and I'm in an Ebola ward with doctors going from isolated room to isolated room checking on Ebola patients.
