You know, the Ivy League doesn't do that.

So you don't really get a true one-to-one.

His first glimpse of what that looks like is, to your point, on the road against Minnesota, against Brian Flores' defense.

Like, he might as well have just been wearing a whole different color jersey because he was clearly the mark that they made out there when he got out there.

So, you know, you want to give guys grades to improve.

And we see this a lot.

across the league where even some guys move off of teams and they go to other teams and they finally hit their stride and you're like, dang, if he would have just stayed there where he was, he may have gotten to that point where he ultimately would have been a fixture for this football team.

Same thing with Braxton Jones.

Braxton Jones got the brunt of it his first season.

And then we saw him be a little bit better when he got, you know, got a seat on his legs underneath them.

And there's another FCS guy,

that came up through the ranks.

So I feel like if we give guys, I know we're in an era where patience is not one of our strong suits.

So I feel like this is where we need to apply a little patience because the Bears clearly have a plan and an idea of what they want to be.
