And you're like, dang, if he would have just stayed there where he was, he may have gotten to that point where he ultimately would have been a fixture for this football team.

Same thing with Braxton Jones.

Braxton Jones got the brunt of it his first season.

And then we saw him be a little bit better when he got a seat on his legs underneath him.

And there's another FCS guy that came up through the ranks.

I feel like if we give guys, I know we're in an era where patience is not one of our strong suits.

So I feel like this is where we need to apply a little patience because the Bears clearly have a plan and an idea of what they want to be.
