Well, I could have chosen any of hers, but it's probably for a sort of similar reason.
I think it's her detail and the fact that actually when she goes about the work, how she sort of builds a track, I think it takes weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks to do it, to find the right noise and to find the right thing.
And I love that sense of like, you know, when people see work and they hear a track or whatever, they think it needs to be of the one expression.
It needs to sort of have its own confidence and feel like one gesture.
But actually, but to get to there, you have to put the work in.
And you have to sort of, you have to, you know, you have to, yeah, you just have to sort of like work.
And I just adore her.
Yeah, always, always.
And it takes a while to do it.
I mean, it's sort of, you know, we're living in a sort of culture where people...
People think it's like, you know, yeah, it's content.
You sort of throw it out, throw it out, throw it out, throw it out, throw it out.
It's all that type of thing.
But actually, when you're making it, it sounds incredibly precious.
I want to punch myself in the face.
But you just have to do the work, put the hours in.
And she is like, I've listened to sort of like her podcast or where she, you know, she talks about sort of each album.
It's an extraordinary thing.
You'll find it, people will find it of just the, yeah, the effort that it is, but the joy, the sort of the absolute joy of sort of
the gift of just turning up and creating something that hasn't existed.
