They've got a tiny frontman, Kevin, and an enormously strange voice, lots of off-beat guitar and fraughty headed bass.
Collum went to London around the same time as we did.
Right started working with the Frank and Walters.
Keith signed the Franks and they ended up moving to London, and I ended up moving with them.
Keith, I know, was looking for a bit of help.
So there was the there was Melody Maker Enemy and Sounds, I think, which were the three inky weeklies.
And and and there were some bands who were signed on the strength of reviews, like live reviews, you know.
