They can play games with that.

They've got submersible drone mines with explosives on it where all you need to do is put them in the water.

You just have to have that threat there and you've shut down shipping completely, completely.

I'm not privy to what their plan is, but I consistently send him ideas, information.

There'll be a national security threat.
