It's something that we have got to be investigating.

Yeah, that's the most common explanation is that the instruments that gather these videos, they themselves are classified.

And so it's difficult to get those videos declassified.

But I would say, look, scrub those videos of all of the metadata.

Sometimes these videos, they have metrics that are kind of encoded around the perimeter of these videos.
